I've made Gluten-Free Girl and the Chef's cinnamon buns 3 times now and they are marvelous! The second time they were more like cinnamon pieces because the dough was too wet but they were delicious anyways. This last time I remembered to take pictures.
I think I overcooked them a bit and didn't put enough sugar in the filling - but regardless, they were all gone quite quickly.
Verdict: highly recommended!

Oh my goodness, they look gorgeous!
Good luck with changing over to this lifestyle. There are some very good recipes so you can make a lot on your own. I have made Gluten Free: Banana Bread, Carrot Cake and "white" bread for sandwiches. I know how hard it can be and how important it is to find things that help to replace what we grew up with. (I do these gluten free for friends who also have celiac disease).

This looks lovely! I make and have blogged about GF cinnamon buns too (there must be a HUGE demand for these because of all my blogposts, it's the one with the largest number of comments!) - there's nothing like them, I think!!!
